تدين منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) بأشد العبارات جريمة اختطاف وقتل المدرّس حسن كلش، الذي اختُطف من سوق كركي لكي بتاريخ 30 أيلول الماضي، وعُثر على جثمانه في ريف تل كوجر، تمهيداً لدفنه في مسقط رأسه بريف رميلان.
إننا نحمّل القوى الأمنية الموجودة في المنطقة مسؤولية ضمان أمن المواطنين وحمايتهم، ونطالبها بالكشف عن ملابسات الجريمة وملاحقة الجناة وتقديمهم إلى العدالة دون استثناء، ومحاسبة كل من يثبت تقصيره، ووضع حدّ لجرائم الخطف والقتل والإفلات من العقاب.
كما نؤكد أن هذه الجرائم لا يجوز أن تمرّ دون محاسبة، وأن حماية أرواح المواطنين وتحقيق العدالة مسؤولية لا تقبل التهاون.
نتقدم بأحرّ التعازي إلى عائلة الفقيد وذويه، ونؤكد تضامننا معهم ومطالبتنا بكشف الحقيقة وتحقيق العدالة.

Em daxwaz dikin ku ew şert û mercên sûc eşkere bikin, sûcdaran bişopînin û bê îstîsna wan bînin ber dadgehê. Her wiha em daxwaz dikin ku her kesê ku bêxem hatibe dîtin, berpirsiyar bê girtin û dawî li revandin, kuştin û bêcezatiyê bê anîn.
Em tekez dikin ku ev sûc bê ceza nabin û parastina jiyana welatiyan û bidestxistina edaletê berpirsiyariyek e ku tu tawîzan nade.
Em sersaxiyên xwe yên kûr ji malbata mirî û xizmên wî re dixwazin û em hevgirtina xwe bi wan re û daxwaza xwe ya eşkerekirina rastiyê û bicihanîna edaletê piştrast dikin.

The Human Rights Organization in Syria - (MAF) condemns in the strongest terms the kidnapping and murder of the teacher Hassan Kalash. He was abducted from the Karaki Laki market on September 30, and his body was subsequently found in the countryside of Tal Kojar; arrangements are being made for his burial in his hometown in the Rmelan countryside.
We hold the security forces present in the area responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of citizens. We demand that they uncover the circumstances of the crime, pursue the perpetrators, bring them to justice without exception, hold accountable anyone found negligent, and put an end to crimes of kidnapping, murder, and impunity.
We further emphasize that such crimes must not go unpunished, and that protecting citizens' lives and achieving justice are responsibilities that allow for no complacency.
We extend our deepest condolences to the family and relatives of the deceased, affirming our solidarity with them and our demand for the truth to be revealed and justice to be served.
