بيان إدانة واستنكار صادر عن منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا - ( ماف ).
تتابع منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا - (ماف) بقلق بالغ وتنديد شديد الفاجعة الإنسانية التي شهدها سجن مدينة كوباني، والتي أسفرت عن وفاة 9 نزلاء وإصابة 17 آخرين بجروح وحروق متفاوتة، إثر حالة استعصاء وحريق مأساوي جاء كارتداد مباشر للتوترات الأمنية الأخيرة.
إن المنظمة تؤكد أن هذه الأحداث الدامية والاضطرابات الممتدة من الحسكة إلى كوباني وباقي المحافظات، هي نتيجة واضحة للسياسات المقصرة وممارسات التمييز التي تغذيها جهات في الحكومة السورية وجهات محلية وقوى اقليمية ، التي تسهم خطاباتها وإجراءاتها في نشر الفتن والعنصرية؛ مما يؤثر سلباً في العمق على السلم الأهلي والاستقرار المجتمعي.بناءً على ذلك، تطالب المنظمة الجهات المعنية بتحمل مسؤولياتها الفورية لضبط الأمور، والسيطرة الكاملة على الوضع الأمني لمنع أي تدهور إضافي.
كما تدعو إلى إجراء تحقيق شفاف ومستقل للوقوف على ملابسات حريق السجن، ومحاسبة قتلة الشاب سيبان حسو، مع التأكيد على ضرورة تحكيم لغة العقل لحماية المجتمع.

Ji ber vê yekê, rêxistin daxwaz dike ku rayedarên têkildar berpirsiyariyên xwe yên tavilê bigirin ser xwe da ku aramiyê vegerînin û rewşa ewlehiyê bi tevahî kontrol bikin da ku pêşî li xirabûna din bigirin.

Statement of Condemnation and Denunciation Issued by the Human Rights Organization in Syria – (MAF).
The Human Rights Organization in Syria - (MAF) is following with grave concern and strong condemnation the humanitarian tragedy that occurred at the Kobani city prison. The incident resulted in the deaths of nine inmates and injuries—ranging from wounds to burns—to seventeen others, following a prison standoff and a tragic fire that was a direct consequence of recent security tensions.
The Organization asserts that these bloody events and the unrest spreading from Al-Hasakah to Kobani and other governorates are the clear result of negligent policies and discriminatory practices fueled by elements within the Syrian government, as well as local actors and regional powers. The rhetoric and actions of these parties contribute to the spread of discord and racism, thereby deeply undermining civil peace and social stability. Accordingly, the Organization calls upon the relevant authorities to immediately assume their responsibilities to restore order and fully secure the situation to prevent any further deterioration.
Furthermore, the Organization calls for a transparent and independent investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the prison fire and to hold accountable those responsible for the killing of the young man, Siban Hasso, while emphasizing the necessity of prioritizing reason to protect society.
