Daxuyaniya Şermezarkirin û Rexnekirinê Derbarê Daxuyaniyên ku di Meclîsa Gelê Sûriyeyê de hatine Dayîn.

Rêxistina Mafên Mirovan a Sûriyeyê - (MAF) bi şok û hêrseke kûr daxuyanîyên dawî yên endamekî Meclîsa Gelê Sûriyeyê di dema rûniştinekê de ku ji Wezîrê Perwerdehiyê pirsî, şopand. Di van daxuyanîyan de, wî bi hinceta çarçoveyên kevneşopî, digel daxwaza kêmkirina hejmara mamosteyên jin, daxwaza vegerandina cezayê laşî li dibistanan kir. Wî teoriyên perwerdehiyê yên herî dawî yên ku ji bo muamelekirina bi xwendekaran re bi têgihîştinê û jiholêrakirina her pratîkên otorîter an tepeserker di hawîrdora perwerdehiyê de piştgirî dikin, paşguh kir.

Em li MAF van pêşniyaran wekî paşveçûnek cidî ya rewşenbîrî û perwerdehiyê dibînin. Dema ku cîhan ber bi nûjenî, teknolojî û zanistên perwerdehiyê yên nûjen ve dibeze, em kesên ku ji bo vejandina tundûtûjiyê wekî rêbazek ji bo şekildana nifşên pêşerojê piştgirî dikin dibînin. Ev vegera nepejirandî ya rêbazên kevnar temsîl dike ku zanist û mafên mirovan bi tevahî red kirine.

Ji perspektîfek qanûnî û mafên mirovan ve, rêxistin dubare dike ku tundûtûjiya laşî û psîkolojîk a li dijî zarokan di nav saziyên perwerdehiyê de binpêkirinek eşkere ya rûmeta mirovan û binpêkirinek eşkere ya peymanên navneteweyî yên li ser mafên zarokan e, ku Sûriye jî alîgirê wê ye.

Nimûneyên ezmûnên navneteweyî di perwerdehiya nûjen de:

*Swêd (pêşengek cîhanî): Modela Swêdî yekem welat bû ku di sala 1979an de bi qanûnê cezayê fîzîkî û psîkolojîk bi tevahî qedexe kir, li şûna wê sîstemek "dîsîplîna erênî" pejirand ku li ser diyalog, rêvebirina tevgerê bi rêya têgihîştinê û avakirina baweriyê di navbera mamoste û xwendekaran de disekine.

*Fînlandiya (ezmûna perwerdehiyê ya herî serketî): Fînlandiya xwe dispêre prensîba "başbûna dibistanê" û wekheviyê di perwerdehiyê de, her nîşaneyên serdestî an cezakirinê qedexe dike. Di şûna wê de, ew li ser piştgiriya tenduristiya derûnî ya zarok, tevlêbûna tevahî ya hemî koman û piştgiriya mamosteyên jin wekî hêmanek bingehîn ji bo serkeftina pergalê disekine.

*Japonya: Dibistanên Japonî li ser têgeha "civakîbûn û berpirsiyariya xwe" (Tokkatsu) disekinin, ku xwendekar beşdarî rêveberiya polê û çalakiyên hevkariyê dibin da ku dîsîplîna xwe pêşve bibin bêyî ku hewcedariya rêbazên zorê an tirsandinê hebe.

Rêxistina MAF tekez dike ku avakirina paşeroja Sûriyeyê ne bi rêya çavtirsandinê an jî dûrxistina jinan ji sektora perwerdeyê, lê belê bi rêya dabînkirina hawîrdorek ewle ji bo zarokan, pêşxistina bernameyên xwendinê û veberhênana li ser hiş pêk tê. Em ji bo her gotarek ku tundûtûjiyê rewa dike an jî têkbirina destkeftiyên di mafên zarok û jinan de pêş dixe, hesabpirsînê dixwazin.

Statement of Condemnation and Denunciation Regarding Statements Made Within the Syrian People's Assembly.

The Human Rights Organization in Syria - (MAF) has followed with deep shock and disapproval recent statements made by a member of the Syrian People's Assembly during a session questioning the Minister of Education. The member called for the reintroduction of corporal punishment in schools—citing "traditional frameworks"—and demanded a reduction in the number of women in the teaching profession. In doing so, he disregarded modern educational theories that advocate for treating students with understanding and eliminating oppressive authoritarianism within the educational environment.

At MAF, we view these proposals as a dangerous intellectual and educational regression. While the rest of the world races toward innovation, technology, and modern educational sciences, we find individuals calling for the revival of violence as a means of shaping future generations—an unacceptable return to archaic methods that have been thoroughly discredited by both science and human rights principles.

From a legal and human rights perspective, the organization emphasizes that physical and psychological violence against children within educational institutions constitutes a flagrant violation of human dignity and a clear breach of international conventions on children's rights to which Syria is a party.

Examples of International Experiences in Modern Education:

*Sweden (Global Leader): The Swedish model was the first to completely ban corporal and psychological punishment by law in 1979. It adopted a system of "Positive Discipline" instead, focusing on dialogue, managing behavior through understanding, and building trust between teacher and student.

*Finland (the most successful educational model): Finland relies on the principles of "school well-being" and educational equity. It eschews displays of superiority or punitive measures, focusing instead on supporting children's mental health, ensuring the full inclusion of all groups, and supporting women within the education workforce as a fundamental element of the system's success.

*Japan: Japanese schools focus on the concept of "socialization and personal responsibility" (*Tokkatsu*). Students participate in classroom management and collaborative activities to foster self-discipline, eliminating the need for coercive or intimidating measures.

MAF Organization asserts that building the Syria of the future cannot be achieved through intimidation or the exclusion of females from the education sector; rather, it requires providing a safe environment for children, developing curricula, and investing in human potential. We call for accountability regarding any rhetoric that legitimizes violence or advocates for rolling back the gains made in children's and women's rights.
