بيان إدانة واستنكار صادر عن منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف).
تدين منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) بأشد العبارات جريمة اختطاف وقتل المقاتل الكردي سيبان حزني، بعد اختطافه من محافظة الحسكة ونقله إلى مناطق في دير الزور، حيث تم قتله بطريقة بشعة ونشر مشاهد لجثته.
إن هذه الجريمة تمثل عملاً إرهابياً وانتهاكاً صارخاً لحقوق الإنسان وحرمة الحياة، وتؤكد استمرار حالة الفلتان الأمني وغياب الأمان في مناطق سورية عدة، في ظل عجز الحكومة المؤقتة عن فرض سيادة القانون وحماية المواطنين.
وتؤكد المنظمة أن هذه الجريمة، وغيرها من الجرائم التي قد تبقى مخفية، تستوجب فتح تحقيق شفاف ومستقل، ومحاسبة جميع المسؤولين عنها دون استثناء، وفقاً للقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والمعايير الدولية، وضمان عدم إفلات مرتكبي جرائم القتل والاختطاف من العقاب.
وتدعو المنظمة الحكومة السورية المؤقتة والجهات المعنية إلى تحمل مسؤولياتها في حماية المواطنين، ووضع حد لهذه الانتهاكات، وضمان الأمن والسلام لجميع السوريين بمختلف انتماءاتهم.

Ev sûc kiryarek terorîstî û binpêkirinek eşkere ya mafên mirovan û pîroziya jiyanê ye. Ew rewşa bêqanûnî û bêewlehiyê ya berdewam li gelek herêmên Sûriyeyê destnîşan dike, ji ber ku Hikûmeta Demkî nikare serweriya qanûnê bicîh bîne û welatiyan biparêze.
Rêxistin tekez dike ku ev sûc, û sûcên din ên ku dibe ku veşartî bimînin, lêpirsînek zelal û serbixwe û hesabpirsîna hemî berpirsiyaran bêyî îstîsna, li gorî qanûna mafên mirovan a navneteweyî û standardên navneteweyî, pêwîst dike. Pêdivî ye ku piştrast bibe ku sûcdarên kuştin û revandinê ji cezayê xilas nabin.

Statement of Condemnation and Denunciation Issued by the Human Rights Organization in Syria – (MAF).
The Human Rights Organization in Syria – (MAF) condemns in the strongest terms the abduction and murder of Kurdish fighter Sipan Hazni. He was abducted from Al-Hasakah Governorate and taken to areas in Deir ez-Zor, where he was brutally killed and footage of his body was circulated.
This crime constitutes a terrorist act and a flagrant violation of human rights and the sanctity of life. It underscores the ongoing state of lawlessness and lack of security in various Syrian regions, amidst the Interim Government's inability to enforce the rule of law and protect citizens.
The Organization asserts that this crime—along with others that may remain undisclosed—necessitates a transparent and independent investigation. It calls for holding all those responsible accountable, without exception, in accordance with international human rights law and international standards, and for ensuring that perpetrators of murder and abduction do not escape punishment.
The Organization calls upon the Syrian Interim Government and relevant authorities to fulfill their responsibilities regarding the protection of citizens, to put an end to these violations, and to ensure security and peace for all Syrians, regardless of their affiliations.
