بيان صادر عن منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا - (ماف)
تعرب منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا (ماف) عن قلقها البالغ إزاء ما يرد من شكاوى حول تعرض كوادر تعليمية وإدارية، ولا سيما من أبناء الطائفة العلوية، وبشكل خاص النساء، لإجراءات تعسفية وتمييزية، تمثلت في النقل القسري إلى مناطق بعيدة غير آمنة وتفتقر إلى البنى التحتية الصالحة للعملية التعليمية، خاصة في المناطق قيد الإعمار، مما يعرّضهم لمخاطر جسدية ونفسية كبيرة.
كما تشير المعلومات إلى وجود فوضى إدارية وممارسات تنطوي على تمييز طائفي، بهدف الضغط على الموظفين ودفعهم لترك عملهم، وهو ما يشكل انتهاكاً واضحاً لمبادئ المساواة وحقوق الإنسان.
تطالب المنظمة بوقف هذه الإجراءات فوراً، وضمان بيئة عمل آمنة وخالية من التمييز، وفتح تحقيقات شفافة لمحاسبة المسؤولين.

Statement issued by the Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF).
The Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) expresses its deep concern regarding complaints of arbitrary and discriminatory treatment of educational and administrative staff, particularly those from the Alawite community, and especially women. These measures include forced transfers to remote, unsafe areas lacking adequate infrastructure for education, particularly in areas undergoing reconstruction, exposing them to significant physical and psychological risks.
Information also indicates administrative chaos and practices involving sectarian discrimination, aimed at pressuring employees to resign. This constitutes a clear violation of the principles of equality and human rights.
The organization demands an immediate halt to these measures, the guarantee of a safe and non-discriminatory work environment, and the initiation of transparent investigations to hold those responsible accountable.
