تعرب منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا (ماف) عن بالغ قلقها واستنكارها الشديد إزاء الجريمة التي راح ضحيتها أحد المدنيين في ريف محافظة الحسكة، بعد اختفائه لعدة أيام قبل العثور عليه مقتولاً في ظروف لا تزال غامضة.
إن هذه الحادثة المؤلمة تسلط الضوء مجدداً على حالة الانفلات الأمني التي تهدد حياة المدنيين، وتثير مخاوف جدية حول سلامتهم أثناء تنقلهم وممارستهم لأعمالهم اليومية. كما تؤكد المنظمة أن تكرار مثل هذه الانتهاكات يشكل خطراً حقيقياً على الاستقرار المجتمعي ويقوض أسس الأمان في المنطقة.
تدعو منظمة (ماف) الجهات المسيطرة والمسؤولة عن إدارة المنطقة إلى تحمل مسؤولياتها الكاملة، واتخاذ إجراءات فورية وجدية لتعزيز الأمن، ومنع تكرار مثل هذه الجرائم، والعمل على حماية السكان وضمان سلامتهم. كما تشدد على ضرورة فتح تحقيق شفاف ومستقل لكشف ملابسات الحادثة، ومحاسبة المتورطين وفقاً للقانون.
تؤكد المنظمة في هذا السياق على أهمية رفع مستوى الحذر والجاهزية الأمنية، ومراقبة الطرق والمسارات الحيوية، بما يضمن الحد من المخاطر التي قد يتعرض لها المدنيون.
إن حماية أرواح المدنيين تبقى أولوية قصوى، وأي تقصير في هذا الجانب يستدعي المساءلة والمحاسبة.

The Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) expresses its deep concern and strong condemnation of the crime committed against a civilian in the Hasakah countryside, who disappeared for several days before being found murdered under still-mysterious circumstances.
This tragic incident once again highlights the state of lawlessness that threatens the lives of civilians and raises serious concerns about their safety as they move about and carry out their daily activities. The organization emphasizes that the recurrence of such violations poses a real threat to social stability and undermines the foundations of security in the region.
MAF calls on the controlling and responsible authorities in the region to assume their full responsibilities and take immediate and serious measures to strengthen security, prevent the recurrence of such crimes, and work to protect the population and ensure their safety. It also stresses the necessity of opening a transparent and independent investigation to uncover the circumstances of the incident and hold those involved accountable according to the law.
In this context, the organization emphasizes the importance of raising the level of vigilance and security preparedness, and monitoring vital roads and routes to minimize the risks to which civilians may be exposed.
Protecting civilian lives remains a top priority, and any failure in this regard warrants accountability.
