بيان إدانة واستنكار صادر عن منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف).
تُعرب منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) عن إدانتها واستنكارها الشديدين لحادثة اختطاف القاصرة زينب محمد نور الدين منان (16 عاماً) في مدينة عامودا بريف الحسكة، والتي تمّت أمام منزل عائلتها، قبل نقلها إلى جهة مجهولة.
إنّ هذه الحادثة تُعدّ انتهاكاً صارخاً لحقوق الإنسان، وخرقاً واضحاً للمواثيق والاتفاقيات الدولية، وعلى رأسها مبادئ حماية الطفل، حيث يُصنّف تجنيد أو خطف القاصرين ضمن الجرائم المرفوضة دولياً.
وتؤكد المنظمة ضرورة أن تقوم الجهات المسؤولة في المنطقة بواجبها في متابعة مثل هذه الانتهاكات، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لمنع تكرارها، وضمان حماية المدنيين، وخاصة القاصرين، من أي ممارسات مشابهة.
كما تشير المنظمة إلى النداء العاجل الذي وجّهه شقيق الفتاة في تسجيل مصوّر، مطالباً بالتدخل الفوري لإعادتها إلى أسرتها، وهو نداء إنساني يستوجب الاستجابة السريعة.
تجدد منظمة (ماف) تأكيدها على رفضها المطلق لكافة أشكال الانتهاكات بحق الأطفال، وتدعو إلى احترام حقوق الإنسان والالتزام بالقوانين الدولية ذات الصلة.

Statement of Condemnation and Denunciation Issued by the Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF).
The Syrian Human Rights Organization (MAF) expresses its strong condemnation and denunciation of the abduction of 16-year-old Zainab Muhammad Nour al-Din Manan in the city of Amouda, in the Hasakah countryside. The abduction took place in front of her family's home, after which she was taken to an unknown location.
This incident constitutes a flagrant violation of human rights and a clear breach of international conventions and agreements, particularly the principles of child protection, as the recruitment or abduction of minors is classified as an internationally condemned crime.
The organization emphasizes the necessity for the responsible authorities in the region to fulfill their duty in investigating such violations, taking the necessary measures to prevent their recurrence, and ensuring the protection of civilians, especially minors, from any similar practices.
The organization also notes the urgent appeal made by the girl's brother in a video recording, calling for immediate intervention to return her to her family. This is a humanitarian appeal that demands a swift response.
The (MAF) organization reiterates its absolute rejection of all forms of violations against children and calls for respect for human rights and adherence to relevant international laws.
