بيان إدانة واستنكار صادر عن منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف).
تُدين منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) بأشد العبارات الاعتداءات التي استهدفت عشرات العائلات الكردية المهجّرة العائدة إلى منازلها في منطقة كري سبي / تل أبيض شمال سوريا، والتي شملت إضرام النيران في سياراتهم، في انتهاك خطير لحقوقهم وكرامتهم وحقهم في العودة الآمنة إلى منازلهم.
إن استهداف المواطنين على أساس قوميتهم يُعدّ ممارسةً عنصرية مرفوضة جملةً وتفصيلاً، ولا يمكن القبول بها تحت أي ظرف. فقد عاشت مختلف المكونات السورية، من كورد وعرب وسريان وآشوريين وغيرهم، جنباً إلى جنب منذ مئات السنين، وتقاسمت الأرض والتاريخ والحياة المشتركة، ولا يجوز أن تتحول هذه العلاقة إلى عداء أو تمييز أو اعتداءات على أساس الهوية القومية.
وتؤكد المنظمة أن حماية المدنيين وصون ممتلكاتهم وضمان حق المهجّرين في العودة الآمنة والكريمة إلى منازلهم مسؤولية لا يمكن التهاون بها، وتطالب الجهات المعنية بالتحقيق الجاد في هذه الاعتداءات، ومحاسبة المسؤولين عنها، واتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لمنع تكرارها.
إن سوريا التي ننشدها هي وطن لجميع أبنائها، يقوم على المساواة والعدالة واحترام التنوع، لا على العنصرية والإقصاء والكراهية. فالتعايش بين مكونات الشعب السوري ليس خياراً مؤقتاً، بل هو أساس بناء مستقبل آمن ومستقر للجميع.

Rêxistina Mafên Mirovan a Sûriyeyê - (MAF) êrîşên li ser bi dehan malbatên Kurd ên koçber ên ku li herêma Girê Spî/Tal Abyad a bakurê Sûriyeyê vedigerin malên xwe bi tundî şermezar dike. Di nav van êrîşan de şewitandina wesayîtên wan hebû, ku binpêkirineke giran a maf, rûmet û mafê vegera ewle bo malên wan bû.
Armanckirina welatiyan li ser bingeha etnîsîteya wan pratîkek nijadperestî ya bi tevahî nayê qebûlkirin e ku di tu şert û mercan de nayê qebûlkirin. Pêkhateyên cihêreng ên civaka Sûriyeyê - Kurd, Ereb, Suryanî, Asûrî û yên din - bi sedsalan e li kêleka hev dijîn, ax, dîrok û jiyana hevpar parve dikin. Ev têkilî divê neyê veguheztin dijminatî, cudakarî an êrîşên li ser bingeha nasnameya etnîkî.
Rêxistin piştrast dike ku parastina sivîlan, parastina milkê wan û garantîkirina mafê kesên koçber ên vegera ewle û bi rûmet bo malên xwe berpirsiyariyek e ku nayê tawîzdan. Daxwaz ji rayedarên pêwendîdar dike ku lêpirsînek berfireh li ser van êrîşan bikin, berpirsiyaran hesab bidin û tedbîrên pêwîst bigirin da ku pêşî li dubarebûna wan bigirin.
Sûriya ku em dixwazin bibe welatek ji bo hemî welatiyên xwe, li ser wekhevî, edalet û rêzgirtina ji bo cihêrengiyê hatiye damezrandin, ne li ser nijadperestî, dûrxistin û nefretê. Hevjiyana di navbera hemî pêkhateyên gelê Sûriyeyê de ne vebijarkek demkî ye, lê belê bingeha avakirina pêşerojek ewle û aram ji bo her kesî ye.

Statement of Condemnation and Denunciation by the Human Rights Organization in Syria – (MAF).
The Human Rights Organization in Syria – (MAF) condemns, in the strongest possible terms, the attacks targeting dozens of displaced Kurdish families as they returned to their homes in the Girê Spî (Tell Abyad) region of northern Syria. These attacks included the setting of fires to their vehicles and constitute a grave violation of their rights, their dignity, and their right to a safe return to their homes.
Targeting citizens based on their ethnicity is a racist practice that is entirely unacceptable and must not be tolerated under any circumstances. The various components of Syrian society—including Kurds, Arabs, Syriacs, Assyrians, and others—have lived side-by-side for centuries, sharing the same land, history, and life. This relationship must not be allowed to devolve into hostility, discrimination, or attacks based on ethnic identity.
The organization emphasizes that the protection of civilians, the safeguarding of their property, and the assurance of a safe and dignified return for displaced persons are responsibilities that cannot be neglected. We call upon the relevant authorities to conduct a serious investigation into these attacks, hold those responsible to account, and take the necessary measures to prevent any recurrence.
The Syria we envision is a homeland for all its people—one founded on equality, justice, and respect for diversity, rather than on racism, exclusion, and hatred. Coexistence among the various components of the Syrian population is not merely a temporary choice; it is the essential foundation for building a safe and stable future for all.
