بيان إدانة واستنكار حول استمرار اختطاف القاصرين من قبل شبيبة الثورة.
تدين منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) بأشد العبارات استمرار عمليات اختطاف القاصرين من قبل ما يُعرف بـ«شبيبة الثورة»، وآخرها اختطاف القاصرين حسن (15 عاماً) من درباسية، وبروان (16 عاماً) من قامشلو.
إن اختطاف القاصرين واقتيادهم بعيداً عن ذويهم يُعدّ، وفق مبادئ وقوانين حقوق الإنسان وحماية الطفل، انتهاكاً خطيراً وجريمة بحق الطفولة، ولا يمكن تبريره تحت أي ذريعة. وتعتبر المنظمة أن هذه الممارسات أعمال إرهابية بحق الأطفال والمجتمع، لما تسببه من ترهيب وانتهاك للحقوق الأساسية.
وتؤكد المنظمة أن استمرار هذه الممارسات، رغم الحديث عن حلّ هذه التشكيلات، يثير تساؤلات جدية حول الجهات التي تقف وراءها. كما تشير إلى أن الأوامر والتوجيهات، بحسب المعطيات المتداولة، تصدر من قيادة حزب العمال الكوردستاني في قنديل، ونحمّلها مسؤولية وقف هذه الانتهاكات فوراً.
إن أطفالنا ليسوا وقوداً لأي مشروع سياسي أو عسكري، ومكانهم الطبيعي بين أهلهم وفي مدارسهم. ونطالب بالإفراج الفوري عن حسن وبروان وإعادتهما إلى ذويهما، ووقف جميع عمليات اختطاف وتجنيد القاصرين دون أي تأخير.

Rêxistina Mafên Mirovan a Sûriyeyê - (MAF) bi tundî revandina zarokan ji aliyê kesên bi navê "Ciwanên Şoreşger" ve, bi taybetî revandina Hesen (15 salî) ji Dirbêsiyê û Berwan (16 salî) ji Qamîşlî, şermezar dike.
Revandina zarokan û dûrxistina wan ji malbatên wan, li gorî prensîb û qanûnên mafên mirovan, binpêkirinek giran û sûcek li dijî zarokan e û bi tu hincetan nayê rewakirin. Rêxistin van kiryaran wekî kiryarên terorîstî li dijî zarokan û civakê dibîne, ji ber ku ew tirsê diafirînin û mafên bingehîn binpê dikin.
Rêxistin tekez dike ku berdewamiya van kiryaran, tevî axaftina li ser hilweşandina van koman, pirsên cidî derdixe holê ka kî li pişt wan e. Her wiha nîşan dide ku, li gorî agahiyên berdest, ferman û rênimayên ji aliyê serokatiya Partiya Karkerên Kurdistanê (PKK) li Qendîlê ve têne dayîn, û em wan berpirsiyar dibînin ku tavilê van binpêkirinan rawestînin.
Zarokên me ne sotemeniya ti projeyek siyasî an leşkerî ne; cihê wan ê rewa li cem malbatên wan û di dibistanên wan de ye. Em daxwaza berdana tavilê ya Hesen û Berwan û vegerandina wan bo malbatên wan dikin, û hemû revandin û leşkerkirina zarokên temenbiçûk bi dawî bibin.

Statement of Condemnation Regarding the Continued Abduction of Minors by the "Revolutionary Youth"
The Human Rights Organization in Syria – (MAF) condemns in the strongest terms the ongoing abduction of minors by the group known as the "Revolutionary Youth" (Shabibat al-Thawra). The most recent incidents involve the abduction of two minors: Hassan (15 years old) from Derbasiyah and Barwan (16 years old) from Qamishlo.
Abducting minors and taking them away from their families constitutes a grave violation and a crime against childhood under human rights and child protection principles and laws; it cannot be justified under any pretext. The Organization views these practices as acts of terror against children and society, given the intimidation and violation of fundamental rights they entail.
The Organization emphasizes that the continuation of these practices—despite talk of disbanding these formations—raises serious questions regarding the parties standing behind them. It further notes that, according to available information, orders and directives originate from the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) leadership in Qandil; we hold them responsible for immediately halting these violations.
Our children are not fodder for any political or military agenda; their rightful place is with their families and in their schools. We demand the immediate release of Hassan and Barwan, their return to their families, and an immediate end to all abductions and recruitment of minors.
