بيان صادر عن منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا - (ماف) بشأن عودة مهجّري ريف سري كانيه/ رأس العين إلى ديارهم.

ترحب منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا - (ماف) ببدء عودة أهالي ومهجّري ريف سري كانيه/ رأس العين إلى مناطقهم بعد سنوات من النزوح المرير، وتشاركهم الفرحة بإنهاء هذه المعاناة الإنسانية.

وفي هذا السياق، تؤكد المنظمة على ما يلي:

-مطالبة الجهات المعنية بتوفير بيئة مستقرة تضمن حماية العائدين وكرامتهم، والعيش بأمان وسلام دون أي تهديد.

-التأكيد على حق الأهالي المطلق في التعويض عن خسائرهم طوال فترة النزوح، بما يشمل استعادة ممتلكاتهم وأراضيهم، وتأهيل منازلهم والخدمات الأساسية.

-المطالبة بضمانات دولية ومحلية صارمة تحمي الأهالي وتمنع تكرار مأساة التهجير القسري والانتهاكات التي تعرضوا لها في المرة الأولى.

 كمان أن منظمة (ماف) تطالب المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الأممية بمواكبة هذه العودة وتقديم الدعم اللازم للاستقرار، لحماية حقوق المواطنين وصون كرامتهم.

Di vê çarçoveyê de, rêxistin li ser van xalan tekez dike:

-Daxwaza ku rayedarên têkildar hawîrdorek aram peyda bikin ku parastin û rûmeta vegeran garantî bike û bihêle ku ew di ewlehî û aştiyê de bêyî tu gefê bijîn.

-Mafê mutleq ê niştecihan ji bo tezmînatê ji bo windahiyên xwe di seranserê serdema koçberiyê de, di nav de vegerandina milk û erdên wan, û nûjenkirina mal û xizmetên wan ên bingehîn, piştrast dike.

-Daxwaza garantiyên navneteweyî û herêmî yên hişk ji bo parastina niştecihan û pêşîgirtina li dubarebûna trajediya koçberiya bi darê zorê û binpêkirinên ku wan cara yekem kişandiye.

MAF her wiha bang li civaka navneteweyî û rêxistinên NY dike ku piştgiriyê bidin vê vegerê û alîkariya pêwîst ji bo îstîqrarê, parastina mafên welatiyan û parastina rûmeta wan peyda bikin.

Statement by the Human Rights Organization in Syria - (MAF) regarding the return of displaced persons from the countryside of Serekaniye/Ras al-Ain to their homes.

The Human Rights Organization in Syria - (MAF) welcomes the commencement of the return of residents and displaced persons from the countryside of Serekaniye/Ras al-Ain to their areas following years of bitter displacement, and shares in their joy at the end of this humanitarian suffering.

In this context, the Organization emphasizes the following:

-A call upon the relevant authorities to provide a stable environment that guarantees the protection and dignity of returnees, enabling them to live in safety and peace, free from any threats.

-Affirmation of the residents' absolute right to compensation for losses incurred during the period of displacement, including the recovery of their properties and lands, as well as the rehabilitation of their homes and essential services.

-A demand for strict international and local guarantees to protect the residents and prevent a recurrence of the tragedy of forced displacement and the violations they previously endured.

Furthermore, MAF calls upon the international community and UN organizations to support this return process and provide the necessary assistance for stability, in order to protect citizens' rights and uphold their dignity.
