بيان صادر عن منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) بشأن اختفاء قاصر من مدينة الدرباسية.
تتابع منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) ببالغ القلق قضية القاصر " حسن رياض سمو " من مواليد 2011، والذي تشير إفادة والده إلى أنه اختفى قبل نحو شهرين ونصف، بعد اقتياده، وفق إفادة الأسرة، من قبل عناصر تابعة لـ «جوانين شورشكر – الشبيبة الثورية» إلى جهة مجهولة.
وأكد والد الطفل أن الأسرة قدمت جميع الوثائق التي تثبت أن ابنها قاصر، لكنها لم تتمكن منذ اختفائه من معرفة مكان وجوده أو التواصل معه أو حتى سماع صوته، مطالباً فقط بسلامة ابنه وعودته إلى أسرته.
وتؤكد المنظمة أن استمرار هذه الانتهاكات بحق القاصرين، وما يرافقها من تهديدات وضغوط على الأطفال وأسرهم، أمر مرفوض ويجب وضع حد له. كما تتساءل المنظمة: أين الجهات المسؤولة عن حماية الأطفال في المنطقة؟ ومن يتحمل مسؤولية الكشف عن مصير هذا القاصر؟
وتطالب المنظمة الجهات المسؤولة، وعلى رأسها مظلوم عبدي والجهات الأمنية والإدارية في المنطقة، بالتدخل العاجل للكشف عن مكان القاصر حسن، وضمان سلامته وإعادته إلى أسرته، وفتح تحقيق جدي في ملابسات اختفائه ومحاسبة المسؤولين عنه.

Statement issued by the Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) regarding the disappearance of a minor from the city of Derbasiya.
The Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) is following with grave concern the case of the minor Hassan Riyad Samou, born in 2011. His father reports that he disappeared approximately two and a half months ago after being taken, according to the family, by members of the "Jwanin Shorshgar - Revolutionary Youth" to an unknown location.
The child's father confirmed that the family has provided all the necessary documents proving his son's age, but since his disappearance, they have been unable to ascertain his whereabouts, contact him, or even hear his voice. He pleads only for his son's safety and return to his family.
The organization emphasizes that the continuation of these violations against minors, along with the accompanying threats and pressure on children and their families, is unacceptable and must be stopped. The organization also asks: Where are the authorities responsible for protecting children in the region? And who bears the responsibility for revealing the fate of this minor?
The organization calls upon the responsible authorities, particularly Mazloum Abdi and the security and administrative bodies in the region, to intervene urgently to locate the minor Hassan, ensure his safety and return to his family, and launch a serious investigation into the circumstances of his disappearance and hold those responsible accountable.
