بيان إدانة واستنكار صادر عن منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف).
تدين منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) بأشد العبارات الهجوم الإرهابي الذي استهدف اليوم مدينة هولير (أربيل)، عبر طائرات مسيّرة مفخخة استهدفت مكتب رئيس حكومة إقليم كردستان ومنزل مسؤول أمني.
إن استهداف المؤسسات والقيادات المدنية والأمنية، واستخدام القوة والعنف لفرض الأجندات السياسية، يشكل انتهاكاً واضحاً لمبادئ القانون الدولي وتهديداً لأمن واستقرار المنطقة، ولا يمكن تبريره تحت أي ذريعة.
وتستنكر المنظمة صمت الهيئات والمنظمات الدولية تجاه هذه الانتهاكات المتكررة، وتدعو الأمم المتحدة والمجتمع الدولي إلى الاضطلاع بمسؤولياتهم، وإدانة هذه الأعمال الإرهابية بشكل واضح، والعمل على محاسبة المسؤولين عنها ومنع تكرارها.
كما تؤكد منظمة (ماف) تضامنها مع شعب إقليم كردستان، وحقه في الأمن والسلام والاستقرار.

Rêxistina Mafên Mirovan a Sûriyeyê – (MAF) bi tundî êrîşa terorîstî ya ku îro li bajarê Hewlêrê (Hewler) hat kirin, bi karanîna dronên tijî teqemenî ku ofîsa Serokwezîrê Herêma Kurdistanê û mala rayedarekî ewlehiyê hedef girtin, şermezar dike.
Armanckirina sazî û rêberên sivîl û ewlehiyê, û bikaranîna hêz û tundûtûjiyê ji bo sepandina rojevên siyasî, binpêkirinek eşkere ya prensîbên hiqûqa navneteweyî û gefek li ser ewlehî û aramiya herêmê ye, û bi tu hincetan nayê rewakirin.
Rêxistin bêdengiya sazî û rêxistinên navneteweyî yên li ser van binpêkirinên dubare şermezar dike, û bang li Neteweyên Yekbûyî û civaka navneteweyî dike ku berpirsiyariyên xwe bigirin ser xwe, bi eşkere van kiryarên terorîstî şermezar bikin, û ji bo hesabpirsîna berpirsiyaran û pêşîgirtina li dubarebûna wan bixebitin.

Statement of Condemnation and Denunciation Issued by the Human Rights Organization in Syria – (MAF).
The Human Rights Organization in Syria – (MAF) condemns in the strongest terms the terrorist attack that targeted the city of Erbil (Hawler) today, using explosive-laden drones that targeted the office of the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region and the home of a security official.
Targeting civilian and security institutions and leaders, and using force and violence to impose political agendas, constitutes a clear violation of the principles of international law and a threat to the security and stability of the region, and cannot be justified under any pretext.
The organization denounces the silence of international bodies and organizations regarding these repeated violations, and calls on the United Nations and the international community to assume their responsibilities, unequivocally condemn these terrorist acts, and work to hold those responsible accountable and prevent their recurrence.
MAF also affirms its solidarity with the people of the Kurdistan Region and their right to security, peace, and stability.
