بيان صادر عن منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا - (ماف).
تتابع منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا - (ماف) بقلق بالغ وتنديد شديد الأنباء الواردة والعديد من المقاطع المتداولة التي توثق اعتداءات سافرة قامت بها مجموعات مسلحة في منطقة سري كانيه (رأس العين)، استهدفت سيارات وممتلكات عوائل كوردية نازحة حاولت العودة إلى ديارها ومنازلها بعد سبع سنوات من التهجير القسري.
إن تعرض هذه العائلات للاعتداء المباشر، وتحطيم مركباتهم المحملة بالأثاث والأمتعة الشخصية، ومنعهم من الوصول إلى منازلهم من قبل أفراد ومجموعات استوطنت المنطقة، يمثل انتهاكاً صارخاً لأبسط مبادئ حقوق الإنسان والقوانين الدولية التي تكفل حق العودة الآمنة للمهجرين والنازحين إلى أماكن سكناهم الأصلية.أمام هذه الممارسات الخطيرة، تسأل منظمة (ماف) وتستنكر غياب دور الجهات القائمة على إدارة المنطقة والقوى المسيطرة التي من المفترض أنها قدمت ضمانات وتعهدت برعاية وتأمين هذه العودة.
إن التراخي في لجم هذه المجموعات المسلحة والمستوطنين الذين يقفون في وجه أبناء الأرض الحقيقيين يضع تلك الجهات في موضع المسؤولية المباشرة عن هذه الانتهاكات الفظيعة.
إننا في منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا - (ماف) نطالب بالآتي:
-فتح تحقيق فوري ومستقل في هذه الاعتداءات ومحاسبة سائر المتورطين فيها وتقديمهم للعدالة لينالوا جزاءهم القانوني.
-توفير الحماية الكاملة والفورية لجميع العائلات الكوردية العائدة، وضمان تسليمهم منازلهم وممتلكاتهم المسلوبة دون قيد أو شرط.
-نطالب المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الأممية ذات الصلة بالتدخل والضغط على القوى المسيطرة في المنطقة للإيفاء بالتزاماتها القانونية والأخلاقية، ووقف سياسات التغيير الديمغرافي ومنع تكرار هذه الاعتداءات التي تهدد السلم الأهلي.

Rêxistina Mafên Mirovan a Sûriyeyê - (MAF) bi fikareke mezin û şermezarkirineke tund rapor û vîdyoyên gelek belavbûyî yên ku li ser înternetê belav dibin û êrîşên eşkere yên ku ji aliyê komên çekdar ve li herêma Ras al-Ayn (Sere Kaniye) hatine kirin belge dikin, dişopîne. Van êrîşan wesayît û milkên malbatên Kurd ên koçber ên ku hewl didin piştî heft salan koçberiya bi darê zorê vegerin malên xwe hedef girtin.
Êrîşên rasterast li ser van malbatan, hilweşandina wesayîtên wan ên barkirî bi mobîlya û tiştên kesane, û astengkirina gihîştina wan bo malên wan ji aliyê kes û komên ku li herêmê bi cih bûne, binpêkirineke eşkere ya prensîbên herî bingehîn ên mafên mirovan û qanûna navneteweyî ye, ku mafê kesên koçber ên vegera bi ewlehî bo cihên xwe yên resen garantî dike. Li ber çavan van pêkanînên xeternak, MAF bêçalaktiya rayedarên ku herêmê birêve dibin û hêzên kontrolker ên ku qaşo garantî dane û soz dane ku vê vegerê biparêzin û ewle bikin, dipirse û şermezar dike.

Em wek Rêxistina Mafên Mirovan li Sûriyeyê - (MAF), van daxwazan dikin:
-Lêkolîneke tavilê û serbixwe li ser van êrîşan, hemû kesên têkildar berpirsiyar bên girtin û bên darizandin da ku cezayê xwe yê guncaw bistînin.
-Dabînkirina parastineke tavilê û temam ji bo hemû malbatên Kurd ên vegeriyayî, û garantiya vegera bê şert û merc a mal û milkên wan.
-Em bang li civaka navneteweyî û rêxistinên têkildar ên NY dikin ku mudaxele bikin û zextê li hêzên kontrolker ên li herêmê bikin da ku erkên xwe yên qanûnî û exlaqî bicîh bînin, polîtîkayên guhertina demografîk rawestînin û pêşî li dubarebûna van êrîşan bigirin ku aştiya sivîl tehdît dikin.

Statement issued by the Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF).
The Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) is following with grave concern and strong condemnation the reports and numerous videos circulating online documenting blatant attacks carried out by armed groups in the Ras al-Ayn (Sere Kaniye) area. These attacks targeted the vehicles and property of displaced Kurdish families attempting to return to their homes after seven years of forced displacement.
The direct attacks on these families, the destruction of their vehicles loaded with furniture and personal belongings, and the prevention of their access to their homes by individuals and groups who have settled in the area, constitute a flagrant violation of the most basic principles of human rights and international law, which guarantees the right of displaced persons to return safely to their original places of residence. In light of these dangerous practices, MAF questions and condemns the inaction of the authorities administering the area and the controlling forces who supposedly provided guarantees and pledged to protect and secure this return.
The failure to restrain these armed groups and settlers who are confronting the true inhabitants of the land places those responsible directly in a position of accountability for these horrific violations.
We, at the Human Rights Organization in Syria - (MAF), demand the following:
-An immediate and independent investigation into these attacks, holding all those involved accountable and bringing them to justice to receive their due punishment.
-The provision of full and immediate protection for all returning Kurdish families, and a guarantee of the unconditional return of their homes and properties.
-We call upon the international community and relevant UN organizations to intervene and pressure the controlling powers in the region to fulfill their legal and moral obligations, halt the policies of demographic change, and prevent the recurrence of these attacks that threaten civil peace.
