تعرب منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا - (ماف) عن قلقها البالغ إزاء المعلومات المتداولة حول قضية الشابة السورية بتول علوش، وما يرافقها من اتهامات تتعلق بالاحتجاز القسري، ومنع التواصل الحر مع عائلتها، ووجود ضغوط نفسية أو أيديولوجية قد تمارس بحقها.
إن أي احتجاز أو إخفاء أو منع للضحية من الظهور بحرية واستقلالية يُعد انتهاكاً واضحاً لمبادئ حقوق الإنسان والقوانين الدولية، وخاصة ما يتعلق بحماية النساء ومنع الإكراه والاتجار بالبشر.
وتطالب المنظمة بما يلي:
* ضمان ظهور بتول علوش بشكل مباشر وحر، بعيداً عن أي ضغط أو وصاية.
* السماح بإجراء فحص طبي وشرعي مستقل، بما في ذلك تحليل دم وعينات طبية بإشراف جهات محايدة.
* تمكين عائلتها ومحاميها من التواصل معها دون قيود.
* فتح تحقيق مستقل وشفاف حول ملابسات اختفائها وكل الادعاءات المرتبطة بالقضية.
إن حماية كرامة الإنسان وحرية النساء مسؤولية قانونية وأخلاقية لا يجوز التهاون بها تحت أي ظرف.

*Destûrdayîna malbat û parêzerê wê ku bêyî sînorkirin bi wê re têkilî daynin.
*Vekirina lêpirsînek serbixwe û zelal li ser şert û mercên windabûna wê û hemî îdiayên têkildarî dozê.
Parastina rûmeta mirovan û azadiya jinan berpirsiyariyek qanûnî û exlaqî ye ku di tu şert û mercan de nayê tawîzdan.

The Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) expresses its deep concern regarding the information circulating about the case of the young Syrian woman, Batoul Alloush, and the accompanying accusations of enforced disappearance, denial of free communication with her family, and the possibility of psychological or ideological pressure being exerted upon her.
Any detention, enforced disappearance, or prevention of a victim from appearing freely and independently constitutes a clear violation of human rights principles and international law, particularly those related to the protection of women and the prevention of coercion and human trafficking.
The organization demands the following:
*Guaranteeing Batoul Alloush's direct and free appearance, free from any pressure or guardianship.
*Allowing an independent medical and forensic examination, including blood tests and the collection of medical samples, under the supervision of impartial parties.
*Enabling her family and lawyer to communicate with her without restrictions.
*Opening an independent and transparent investigation into the circumstances of her disappearance and all allegations related to the case.
Protecting human dignity and women's freedom is a legal and moral responsibility that cannot be compromised under any circumstances.
