بيان صادر عن منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – ( ماف ).
تُدين منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) بأشد العبارات الجريمة البشعة التي وقعت صباح اليوم الأحد 8 آذار/مارس 2026 في مدينة جنديرس بريف عفرين، والتي أسفرت عن مقتل ثلاثة شبان إثر هجوم مسلح نفذه مجهولون قرب حي البازار الجديد في شارع العشرين في المدينة، وذلك تزامناً مع اقتراب عيد نوروز.
وبحسب المعلومات الواردة من مصادر محلية، أقدم مسلحون مجهولون على اعتراض الشبان الثلاثة وسرقتهم قبل أن يقوموا بإطلاق النار عليهم بشكل مباشر، ما أدى إلى مقتلهم على الفور داخل سيارتهم.
ومن بين الضحايا الشاب الكردي مراد حسين عزيز، وهو من أبناء قرية حج إسكندره التابعة لناحية جنديرس وينحدر من عائلة “إيتارة”، وكان يعمل في محل للصياغة. كما قُتل أيضاً أحمد بركات، وهو صاحب محل للصياغة وينحدر من قرى بنان الحص (جبل الحص) بريف السفيرة الجنوبي، إضافة إلى محمد بن أبو مراد من قرية أم جرين بريف السفيرة، وهو صائغ يعمل في المحل ذاته.
إن منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) إذ تعرب عن بالغ استنكارها لهذه الجريمة، تؤكد أن استمرار حالة الفوضى الأمنية وانتشار السلاح يهددان حياة المدنيين بشكل خطير، خصوصاً في ظل غياب المساءلة القانونية.
وتدعو المنظمة الجهات المسؤولة إلى فتح تحقيق جدي وشفاف لكشف ملابسات الجريمة، وتحديد هوية الجناة وتقديمهم إلى العدالة، كما تؤكد على ضرورة اتخاذ إجراءات فورية لحماية المدنيين ووضع حد لمثل هذه الجرائم التي تستهدف الأبرياء.
كما تتقدم المنظمة بخالص التعازي إلى عائلات الضحايا، متمنية أن يسود الأمن والاستقرار وأن تتوقف معاناة المدنيين.

Êrîşa ku ji aliyê êrîşkarên nenas ve li nêzîkî taxa Bazara Nû li kolana 20an a bajêr pêk hat, bû sedema kuştina sê xortan. Ev êrîş bi nêzîkbûna Nowruzê re hevdem bû.
Li gorî agahiyên ji çavkaniyên herêmî, çekdarên nenas pêşî li sê xortan girtin, ew dizîn û dûv re di nav otomobîla wan de gulebaran kirin.
Di nav qurbaniyan de Murad Husên Ezîz hebû, ciwanekî Kurd ji gundê Hec Iskenderah li navçeya Cindirêsê, ku aîdî malbata Îtara bû. Ew di firoşgehek zêrîngeriyê de dixebitî. Herwiha Ehmed Berekat, zêrkerekî ji gundê Benan el-Has (Cebel el-Has) li gundewarê başûrê Safîrayê, û Mihemed bin Ebû Murad ji gundê Um Jarîn li gundewarê Safîrayê, ku di heman dikanê de dixebitî, hatin kuştin.

Her wiha tekez dike ku pêdivî bi tedbîrên bilez ji bo parastina sivîlan û bidawîkirina sûcên weha yên ku mirovên bêguneh hedef digirin heye.
Rêxistin sersaxiyên xwe yên kûr ji malbatên qurbaniyan re dixwaze û hêvî dike ku ewlehî û aramî vegere û êşa sivîlan bi dawî bibe.

Statement issued by the Syrian Human Rights Organization – MAF
The Syrian Human Rights Organization – ( MAF ) strongly condemns the heinous crime that occurred this morning, Sunday, March 8, 2026, in the city of Jindires in the Afrin countryside. The attack, carried out by unknown assailants near the New Bazaar neighborhood on 20th Street in the city, resulted in the killing of three young men. This attack coincided with the approach of Nowruz (the Persian New Year).
According to information from local sources, unknown gunmen intercepted the three young men, robbed them, and then shot them dead inside their car.
Among the victims was Murad Hussein Aziz, a Kurdish youth from the village of Haj Iskandarah in the Jindires district, belonging to the Itara family. He worked in a goldsmith shop. Also killed were Ahmed Barakat, a goldsmith from the village of Banan al-Hass (Jabal al-Hass) in the southern Safira countryside, and Muhammad bin Abu Murad from the village of Umm Jarin in the Safira countryside, who worked in the same shop.
The Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) strongly condemns this crime and affirms that the continued security chaos and proliferation of weapons pose a grave threat to the lives of civilians, especially in the absence of legal accountability.
The organization calls on the responsible authorities to launch a serious and transparent investigation to uncover the circumstances of the crime, identify the perpetrators, and bring them to justice. It also emphasizes the urgent need for immediate measures to protect civilians and put an end to such crimes targeting innocent people.
The organization extends its deepest condolences to the families of the victims and hopes for the return of security and stability and an end to the suffering of civilians.
