بيان صادر عن منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – ( ماف ) حول الجريمة البشعة التي أودت بحياة الشاب علاء عدنان الأمين (33 عاماً) المنحدر من مدينة قامشلو.
تُدين منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) بأشد العبارات الجريمة البشعة التي أودت بحياة الشاب علاء عدنان الأمين (33 عاماً)، المنحدر من مدينة قامشلو، والحامل للجنسية السويدية، والذي كان قد قدم قبل عدة أشهر لزيارة كوردستان سوريا، قبل أن يتم اعتقاله من قبل قوات الأسايش التابعة لسلطة الأمر الواقع دون أي مذكرة قانونية أو توضيح لأسباب الاعتقال.
لقد بقي الشاب علاء قيد الاحتجاز لأشهر طويلة في ظروف غامضة، وسط حرمان عائلته من معرفة مصيره أو وضعه الصحي والقانوني، في انتهاك صارخ لأبسط المعايير الحقوقية والإنسانية. وبعد فترة من الصمت والغموض، تلقت العائلة اتصالاً صادماً يطلب منها الحضور لاستلام جثمان ابنها، الذي فارق الحياة أثناء الاحتجاز.
إن منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) تعتبر أن السلطة القائمة على الأرض تتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن هذه الجريمة، وعن سلامة كل معتقل يقع تحت سلطتها، كما أن ما جرى يمثل انتهاكاً خطيراً للقوانين الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، ويطرح تساؤلات جدية حول استمرار حالات الاعتقال التعسفي والانتهاكات داخل مراكز الاحتجاز.
وعليه، تطالب منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) بما يلي:
1- فتح تحقيق مستقل وشفاف في ملابسات وفاة الشاب علاء عدنان الأمين.
٢- محاسبة جميع المسؤولين عن هذه الجريمة وفق القانون.
٣- الكشف عن ظروف الاحتجاز داخل مراكز الاعتقال وضمان احترام حقوق المعتقلين.
٤- وضع حد لحالات الاعتقال التعسفي والانتهاكات المتكررة بحق المدنيين.
كما تتقدم المنظمة بخالص التعازي والمواساة إلى عائلة الفقيد وذويه، وتؤكد أن العدالة والمساءلة هما السبيل الوحيد لوقف تكرار مثل هذه الجرائم والانتهاكات.

Alaa di bin şert û mercên nepenî de bi mehan di bin çavdêriyê de ma, malbata wî her agahî li ser çarenûs, tenduristî an rewşa wî ya qanûnî red kir, ku ev yek binpêkirinek eşkere ya pîvanên mafên mirovan ên herî bingehîn e. Ji ber vê yekê, Rêxistina Mafên Mirovan a Sûriyeyê - (MAF) van daxwazan dike:
1. Lêpirsîneke serbixwe û zelal li ser şert û mercên mirina Alaa Adnan el-Emîn.
2. Li gorî qanûnê hemû kesên berpirsiyarê vê sûc hesabpirsînê bidin.
3. Şert û mercên binçavkirinê di navendên binçavkirinê de eşkere bikin û rêzgirtina mafên girtiyan misoger bikin.
4. Bidawîanîna girtinên keyfî û binpêkirinên dubare yên li dijî sivîlan.

Statement issued by the Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) regarding the heinous crime that claimed the life of Alaa Adnan al-Amin (33 years old), from Qamishli.
The Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) strongly condemns the heinous crime that claimed the life of Alaa Adnan al-Amin (33 years old), from Qamishli, a Swedish citizen, who had arrived in Syrian Kurdistan several months prior to his arrest by the Asayish forces of the de facto authority without any legal warrant or explanation for his detention.
Alaa remained in detention for many months under mysterious circumstances, with his family denied any information about his fate, health, or legal status, in flagrant violation of the most basic human rights standards. After a period of silence and uncertainty, the family received a shocking call informing them that they were to come and collect the body of their son, who had died in detention.
The Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) considers the de facto authorities on the ground to bear full responsibility for this crime and for the safety of every detainee under their control. This incident constitutes a grave violation of international human rights law and raises serious questions about the continued arbitrary arrests and abuses within detention centers.
Therefore, the Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) demands the following:
1. An independent and transparent investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of Alaa Adnan al-Amin.
2. Holding all those responsible for this crime accountable under the law.
3. Disclosing the conditions of detention within detention centers and ensuring respect for the rights of detainees.
4. Putting an end to arbitrary arrests and the repeated violations against civilians.
The organization extends its deepest condolences to the family of the deceased and affirms that justice and accountability are the only way to stop the recurrence of such crimes and violations.
