تتابع منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا - (ماف) باهتمام بالغ الاعتصام السلمي الذي نظمه عدد من أهالي ومزارعي مدينة عامودا اليوم الخميس وسط المدينة، احتجاجاً على رفع أسعار المحروقات وتأخير صرف مستحقات فواتير القمح.
إننا في منظمة (ماف) نعلن عن تضامننا الكامل واللا مشروط مع "صوت الحق" والمطالب المشروعة التي رفعها المعتصمون. ونؤكد أن هذه القرارات والتأخير غير المبرر يفرضان أعباءً اقتصادية ومعيشية خانقة على الأهالي والفلاحين، وتمس بشكل مباشر حقهم الأساسي في العيش الكريم.
بناءً على ذلك، نضم صوتنا إلى صوت المحتجين ونطالب الجهات المعنية بإعادة النظر الفورية في أسعار المحروقات، والإسراع العاجل في صرف مستحقات القمح للمزارعين دون أي تأخير أو مماطلة، تجنباً لتفاقم الأوضاع الإنسانية والاقتصادية في المنطقة.

The Human Rights Organization in Syria - (MAF) is closely monitoring the peaceful sit-in organized today, Thursday, by residents and farmers in the city of Amuda. The protest was held in the city center to object to the hike in fuel prices and the delay in the disbursement of payments for wheat deliveries.
We at MAF declare our full and unconditional solidarity with the "Voice of Truth" and the legitimate demands raised by the protesters. We emphasize that these decisions and the unjustified delays impose crushing economic and livelihood burdens on residents and farmers, directly infringing upon their fundamental right to a decent life.
Accordingly, we join our voices with the protesters and call upon the relevant authorities to immediately reconsider fuel prices and urgently expedite the payment of wheat dues to farmers—without any delay or procrastination—to prevent the humanitarian and economic situation in the region from worsening.
