باسم منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) برئاسة عبدالباقي أسعد، ومن سويسرا، أُدين وأستنكر تشكيل حكومة سوريا المؤقتة وانعقاد الجلسة الأولى للبرلمان، لأن هذا البرلمان، برأيي، لا يمثل الشعب السوري، ولا يمثل الشعب الكردي.
ومع الأسف، فإن الأشخاص الكرد الذين جرى تعيينهم في هذا البرلمان لا يمثلون، من وجهة نظري، إرادة الشعب الكردي. وفي فترة حكم بشار الأسد، ورغم كل الملاحظات على تلك المرحلة، كانت هناك قائمة تُعرف بـ”قائمة الظل”، وكان يوجد ما يشبه الانتخابات، وقد وصل حينها ثلاثة ممثلين أكراد بجهودهم، وكانوا يمثلون الأكراد.
أما اليوم، فأرى أن هؤلاء لا يمثلون الشعب الكردي، ولا أرى أملًا في هذا البرلمان، لأن هذه الحكومة حكومة راديكالية، وقراراتها ليست نابعة منها.
وأدعو الشعب الكردي إلى عدم اعتبار هؤلاء ممثلين لهم، لأنهم لم يعلنوا أنهم يمثلون إرادة الشعب الكردي. ومع الأسف، أكرر ذلك بكل أسف.

Di dema desthilatdariya Beşar Esed de, tevî hemû rexneyên wê serdemê, lîsteyek hebû ku bi navê "lîsteya siyê" dihat zanîn, û tiştek dişibiya hilbijartinan pêk hat. Sê nûnerên Kurd bi hewldanên xwe hatin hilbijartin û Kurdan temsîl kirin.
Lêbelê, îro ez bawer dikim ku ev kes gelê Kurd temsîl nakin, û ez di vê parlementoyê de ti hêviyek nabînim ji ber ku ev hikûmet hikûmetek radîkal e, û biryarên wê ji hundirê gelê Kurd dernakevin.
Ez ji gelê Kurd rica dikim ku van kesan wekî nûnerên xwe nebînin, ji ber ku wan îlan nekiriye ku ew îradeya gelê Kurd temsîl dikin. Û mixabin, ez vê yekê bi xemgîniyek kûr dubare dikim.

Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. Greetings to all my followers on TikTok, Facebook, and all social media platforms.
On behalf of the Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF), headed by Abdulbaqi Asaad, and from Switzerland, I condemn the formation of the Syrian Interim Government and the convening of its first parliamentary session. In my opinion, this parliament does not represent the Syrian people, nor does it represent the Kurdish people.
Unfortunately, the Kurdish individuals appointed to this parliament do not, in my view, represent the will of the Kurdish people. During Bashar al-Assad's rule, despite all the criticisms of that period, there was a list known as the "shadow list," and something resembling elections took place. Three Kurdish representatives were elected through their own efforts and did represent the Kurds.
Today, however, I believe that these individuals do not represent the Kurdish people, and I see no hope in this parliament because this government is a radical one, and its decisions do not originate from within the Kurdish people.
I urge the Kurdish people not to consider these individuals as their representatives, as they have not declared that they represent the will of the Kurdish people. And unfortunately, I repeat this with deep regret.
