بيان مناشدة واستنكار صادر عن منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا - (ماف).
بقلوب يعتصرها الألم والأسى، تابعت منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا - (ماف) المأساة الفاجعة التي التهمت الأخضر واليابس في حقول محافظة الحسكة. لقد وقف الفلاحون بعيون باكية يراقبون شقاء عمرهم وهو يتحول إلى رماد في غضون ساعات، حيث افترست النيران مساحات شاسعة من حقول القمح الذهبية، مخلّفةً وراءها دماراً هائلاً لحق بأرزاق الأهالي وقوت عيالهم.
في يومٍ واحدٍ مأساوي، تمددت ألسنة اللهب في مناطق ( زركان وتل تمر ) لتطال 23 قرية ، وتبتلع قرابة ( 75,000 دونم ) من العطاء والتعب. وفي الوقت الذي يوجه فيه بعض السكان أصابع الاتهام إلى الفصائل التابعة للنظام التركي والموالين لها بالوقوف وراء هذه الكارثة، نُذكّر في منظمة (ماف) بأننا رفعنا الصوت عالياً منذ البداية، وحذرنا من ضرورة اتخاذ الاحتياطات الكاملة لمنع تكرار مآسي السنوات السابقة.
إننا نرى غياب المسؤولية واضحاً في تفاصيل هذه الفاجعة؛ حيث تضافرت عوامل عدة لـتُفجع المزارعين في أراضيهم، أبرزها:
١- كثافة المزروعات مع غياب الفواصل الآمنة بين الحقول.
٢- اهتراء شبكات الكهرباء المارة عبر الأراضي الزراعية دون صيانة.
٣- قِدم آليات الإطفاء، ونقصها الحاد، وضعف كفاءة الكوادر الفنية.
٤- رداءة نوعية الديزل المستخدم وسوء الآليات الزراعية.
إننا في منظمة (ماف) نحمل الحكومة المؤقتة، والإدارة الذاتية المؤقتة بالإضافة إلى الدولة التركية ، المسؤولية الكاملة عما التهمته النيران في ريف رأس العين الجنوبي.
ومن وسط هذا الركام، نتوجه بـنداءٍ عاجل إلى المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الإنسانية بضرورة الضغط على الجهات المسؤولة لتقديم تعويض عادل وفوري لكل من تضرر من هذه المحرقة الإنسانية والاقتصادية.

Bi dilên tijî êş û xemgînî, Rêxistina Mafên Mirovan a Sûriyeyê (MAF) trajediya wêranker a ku her tiştê di rêya xwe de li zeviyên parêzgeha Hesekê xwar şopand. Cotkar li bendê bûn, hêsir ji çavên wan diherikîn, temaşe dikirin ku di çend demjimêran de xebata jiyana wan dibe xwelî, dema ku agir deverên berfireh ên zeviyên genim ên zêrîn dişewitand, wêraniyek mezin li dû xwe hişt ji bo debara gel û malbatên wan.
Di rojek trajîk de, agir li deverên Zirkan û Tel Temer belav bû, gihîşt 23 gundan û bi qasî 75,000 donim erdê bi zehmetî qezenckirî xwar. Her çend hin niştecih tiliya xwe nîşanî komên ku ji hêla Tirkiyeyê ve têne piştgirî kirin û hevalbendên wan didin ji ber ku li pişt vê karesatê ne, MAF dubare dike ku me ji destpêkê ve dengê xwe bilind kir, hişyarî da ku pêdivî ye ku hemî tedbîrên pêwîst werin girtin da ku rê li ber dubarebûna trajediyên salên berê were girtin.
Em di hûrguliyên vê trajediyê de nebûna berpirsiyariyê ya eşkere dibînin. Çend faktoran bi hev re bûn sedema wêrankirina cotkarên li ser erdên wan, yên herî berbiçav:
1- Tîrbûna berheman û nebûna deverên tampon ên ewle di navbera zeviyan de.
2- Rewşa xirab a tora elektrîkê ya ku bêyî lênêrînê di nav erdên çandiniyê re derbas dibe.
3- Kevn û kêmbûna giran a alavên agirkujiyê, digel bêkarîya personelên teknîkî.
4- Kalîteya xirab a sotemeniya dîzelê ya ku tê bikar anîn û rewşa xirab a makîneyên çandiniyê.
Em wek Rêxistina ( MAF ) Hikûmeta Demkî ya Sûriyeyê, Rêveberiya Xweser a Sûriyeyê û dewleta Tirkiyeyê bi tevahî berpirsiyarê agirên ku gundewarê başûrê Ras el-Aynê wêran kirin dibînin.
Ji ber vê wêraniyê, em bi lezgînî bang li civaka navneteweyî û rêxistinên mirovî dikin ku zextê li aliyên berpirsiyar bikin da ku ji bo hemî kesên ku ji vê karesata mirovî û aborî bandor bûne tezmînatek adil û tavilê bidin.

A statement of appeal and condemnation issued by the Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF).
With hearts filled with pain and sorrow, the Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) has followed the devastating tragedy that consumed everything in its path in the fields of Al-Hasakah Governorate. Farmers stood by, tears streaming down their faces, watching their life's work turn to ash in a matter of hours, as flames devoured vast areas of golden wheat fields, leaving behind immense destruction to the livelihoods of the people and their families.
In a single tragic day, the flames spread through the areas of Zirkan and Tell Tamer, reaching 23 villages and consuming approximately 75,000 dunams of hard-earned land. While some residents point the finger at the Turkish-backed factions and their allies for being behind this catastrophe, MAF reiterates that we raised our voices from the outset, warning of the urgent need to take all necessary precautions to prevent a recurrence of the tragedies of previous years.
We see a clear lack of accountability in the details of this tragedy. Several factors combined to devastate farmers on their land, most notably:
1- The density of crops and the absence of safe buffer zones between fields.
2- The dilapidated state of the electricity grid running through agricultural lands without maintenance.
3- The age and severe shortage of firefighting equipment, coupled with the incompetence of technical personnel.
4- The poor quality of diesel fuel used and the poor condition of agricultural machinery.
We at the MAF Organization hold the Syrian Interim Government, the Syrian Autonomous Administration, and the Turkish state fully responsible for the fires that ravaged the southern countryside of Ras al-Ayn.
From amidst this devastation, we urgently appeal to the international community and humanitarian organizations to pressure the responsible parties to provide fair and immediate compensation to all those affected by this humanitarian and economic catastrophe.
