بيان إدانة واستنكار صادر عن منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) حول حادثة إحراق خيمة عزاء الشاب الراحل علاء الدين عدنان الامين.
تدين منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) بأشد العبارات حادثة إحراق خيمة عزاء الشاب الراحل علاء الدين عدنان الأمين في مدينة قامشلو، وهي خطوة خطيرة ومرفوضة تمسّ بحرمة العزاء ومشاعر ذوي الفقيد وأصدقائه وكل من حضر لمواساتهم.
وبحسب ما أفادت به عائلة الفقيد، فإن عناصر تُعرف بـ “جوانن شورشكر” أقدمت على إحراق خيمة العزاء، في تصرّف غير مسؤول يشكّل انتهاكاً واضحاً للأعراف الإنسانية والاجتماعية، ويزيد من معاناة عائلة الفقيد التي ما تزال تعيش صدمة فقدان ابنها.
إن منظمة (ماف) ترى أن الجهات الأمنية المسؤولة في المنطقة، وفي مقدمتها الأسايش، تتحمّل المسؤولية الكاملة عن مثل هذه الأفعال، سواء من حيث منع وقوعها أو محاسبة المتورطين فيها، وضمان عدم تكرارها مستقبلاً.
وعليه، تطالب منظمتنا الجهات المعنية بفتح تحقيق شفاف ومستقل في هذه الحادثة، ومحاسبة كل من يثبت تورطه فيها، كما ندعو المنظمات الحقوقية المحلية والدولية إلى التدخل العاجل ومتابعة هذه القضية والضغط من أجل حماية حقوق المدنيين وصون كرامتهم.
إن احترام حرمة الموت والعزاء هو من أبسط القيم الإنسانية التي يجب عدم المساس بها تحت أي ظرف.

Ji ber vê yekê rêxistina ( MAF ) daxwaz dike ku rayedarên têkildar lêpirsînek zelal û serbixwe li ser vê bûyerê vekin û hemû kesên ku tê de beşdar bûne hesab bipirsin. Her wiha em bang li rêxistinên mafên mirovan ên herêmî û navneteweyî dikin ku bi lezgînî mudaxele bikin, vê dozê bişopînin û zextê bikin da ku maf û rûmeta sivîlan biparêzin.
Rêzgirtina ji bo pîroziya mirin û şînê di nav nirxên herî bingehîn ên mirovan de ye ku divê di tu şert û mercan de neyê binpêkirin.

A statement of condemnation issued by the Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) regarding the burning of the mourning tent for the late young man, Alaa al-Din Adnan al-Amin.
The Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) strongly condemns the burning of the mourning tent for the late young man, Alaa al-Din Adnan al-Amin, in the city of Qamishli. This is a dangerous and unacceptable act that violates the sanctity of mourning and offends the feelings of the deceased's family, friends, and all those who came to offer their condolences.
According to the family of the deceased, members of a group known as "Jwanin Shorshkar" set fire to the mourning tent in an irresponsible act that constitutes a clear violation of human and social norms and exacerbates the suffering of the family, who are still reeling from the shock of losing their son.
( MAF ) believes that the security authorities in the region, primarily the Asayish (Kurdish security forces), bear full responsibility for such acts, both in preventing their occurrence and in holding those responsible accountable, ensuring that they are not repeated in the future.
( MAF ) Therefore, our organization demands that the relevant authorities open a transparent and independent investigation into this incident and hold accountable all those found to be involved. We also call upon local and international human rights organizations to intervene urgently, follow up on this case, and exert pressure to protect the rights and dignity of civilians.
Respect for the sanctity of death and mourning is among the most basic human values that must not be violated under any circumstances.
