بيان صادر عن منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا - ( ماف ) حول المظاهرة التي شهدتها مدينة القامشلي.
تتابع منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) بقلق المظاهرة التي شهدتها مدينة القامشلي بتاريخ 25.02.2026 ، والتي نظّمها أهالي وعائلات مقاتلي قوات سوريا الديمقراطية للمطالبة بالإفراج عن أقاربهم المعتقلين لدى حكومة دمشق المؤقتة.
تؤكد المنظمة أن استمرار ملف الاعتقالات المتبادلة يشكّل انتهاكاً واضحاً لحقوق الإنسان ويضاعف معاناة المدنيين وعائلات المعتقلين، وتحمّل الطرفين المسؤولية الكاملة عن استمرار هذا الملف الإنساني.
كما تشدد منظمة (ماف) على ضرورة إعادة جميع الضحايا والمحتجزين الموجودين لدى الطرفين إلى عائلاتهم دون تأخير، وتدعو اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر إلى التدخل الفوري للإشراف على عملية الإفراج والتبادل وفق المعايير الإنسانية والقانونية.
تدعو المنظمة إلى:
1- الإفراج الفوري عن جميع المعتقلين.
2- تنفيذ عملية تبادل شاملة دون شروط سياسية.
3- وقف استخدام ملف المعتقلين كورقة ضغط سياسية.
إن المدنيين يبقون الضحية الأولى، ما يستوجب تحركاً عاجلاً يضمن الكرامة والعدالة للجميع.

Rêxistin tekez dike ku berdewamiya girtinên hevbeş binpêkirineke eşkere ya mafên mirovan e û êşa sivîlan û malbatên girtiyan girantir dike, û her du aliyan bi tevahî berpirsiyarê berdewamiya vê pirsgirêka mirovî dibîne.
Rêxistina (MAF) her wiha tekez dike ku pêwîst e hemû qurbanî û girtiyên ku ji aliyê herdu aliyan ve hatine girtin, bêyî derengmayînê vegerin malbatên wan, û bang li Komîteya Navneteweyî ya Xaça Sor dike ku tavilê mudaxele bike da ku pêvajoya berdan û danûstandinê li gorî pîvanên mirovî û yasayî bişopîne.
Rêxistin banga van tiştan dike:
1. Serbestberdana tavilê ya hemû girtiyan.
2. Pêkanîna danûstandineke berfireh a girtiyan bêyî pêşşertên siyasî.
3. Bidawîanîna bikaranîna girtiyan wekî amûreke danûstandinên siyasî.
Sivîl qurbaniyên sereke ne, ev yek hewceyê kiryarên lezgîn dike da ku rûmet û edalet ji bo her kesî were misoger kirin.

Statement issued by the Human Rights Organization in Syria - (MAF) regarding the demonstration that took place in the city of Qamishli.
The Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) is following with concern the demonstration that took place in the city of Qamishli on 25.02.2026, which was organized by the families of the fighters of the Syrian Democratic Forces to demand the release of their relatives detained by the Damascus Interim Government.
The organization affirms that the continuation of the mutual arrests constitutes a clear violation of human rights and exacerbates the suffering of civilians and the families of detainees, and holds both parties fully responsible for the continuation of this humanitarian issue.
The (MAF) organization also stresses the need to return all victims and detainees held by both sides to their families without delay, and calls on the International Committee of the Red Cross to intervene immediately to supervise the release and exchange process in accordance with humanitarian and legal standards.
The organization calls for:
1. The immediate release of all detainees.
2. The implementation of a comprehensive prisoner exchange without political preconditions.
3. An end to the use of detainees as a political bargaining chip.
Civilians remain the primary victims, which necessitates urgent action to ensure dignity and justice for all.
