حيث تم مطالبة المفوضية ومن خلالها الامم المتحدة ومجلس الامن القيام بمسؤولياتهم في العمل على لجم وايقاف تركيا عن الاستمرار في عدوانها على المناطق الكوردية وتعريض السلم والامن الدوليين للخطر
وهذا نص الرسالة والنداء :
نداء

- رؤساء الدول والحكومات للدول الدائمة العضوية في مجلس الامن
تتعرض الشعوب والمكونات الآمنة و المتعايشة معاً في الشمال السوري من عربٍ وآشوريون وسريانٍ وكلدان عموماً والكورد فيها خصوصاً إلى تهديدات مستمرة و متواصلة من قبل الدولة التركية باجتياح مناطقهم و احتلالها في شرق الفرات متذرعة في ذلك بحجج واهية وكاذبة من قبيل محاربة الإرهاب و حماية امنها القومي و غير ذلك ، ساعيةً من خلال هذه الذرائع إلى تنفيذ مشاريع تنظيمات الإسلام المتطرف كتنظيم الإخوان المسلمين العالمي و غيره في المنطقة وأيضاً احياء الحلم الطوراني المتمثل في أمجاد السلطنة و الإمبراطورية العثمانية من جديد .
و يأتي هذا التصعيد و خطر هذا العدوان من قبل تركيا تتّمةً لعدوان سابق لها احتلت من خلاله عفرين بمؤازرة ميليشيات مرتزقة تحمل فكرا إسلاميا متطرفاً و تنضوي تحت ما يسمى ب ( الجيش الوطني السوري ) ، حيث مارست و ما زالت تمارس هناك أبشع الانتهاكات و الجرائم و أفظعها .
ان شعبنا الكوردي الذي يعيش على أرضه التاريخية داخل سورية و البالغ تعداده أكثر من ثلاثة ملايين نسمة لم يشكل يوما خطرا على الأمن القومي التركي بل كان حريصا دوماً على اقامة افضل علاقات حسن الجوار مع محيطه الجغرافي ، على الرغم من معاناته الدائمة و المتكررة منهم و من ممارساتهم التي تستهدف وجود الكورد كشعب ، لا بل قدّم في سبيل الزود و الدفاع عنهم و عن نفسه و نيابة عن العالم الحر التضحيات الجسام و دماء آلاف الشهداء من ابنائه في المعارك ضد قوى الشر و الضلال و الإرهاب في العالم مثل داعش و النصرة و غيرها ، تلك القوى التي تلقّت و مازالت تتلقّى وتحظى بالدعم اللوجستي و كافة أشكال الدعم الأخرى من تركيا نفسها .
السيدات و السادة الأفاضل :
أن الشعب السوري عانى كثيراً من آثار و ويلات الحرب الأهلية الطاحنة التي عصفت ببلادنا سوريا منذ قرابة الثماني سنوات ولم يعد بمقدوره تحمل المزيد من تبعات صراع الاجندات و المصالح الدولية و الإقليمية على ارضه ، و آن له أن ينعم بالاستقرار و الأمان داخل دولةٍ و في ظلُ دستور يحفظ و يضمن حقوق الجميع .
لذا فاننا في المنظمات الحقوقية والمدنية الموقعة على هذا النداء نضعكم أمام كامل واجباتكم ومسؤولياتكم في العمل على وقف ولجم هذه التهديدات و هذا العدوان الهمجي التركي على شعوب ومكونات سوريا في شرق الفرات و نحذّر المجتمع الدولي بأننا على أبواب كارثةٍ إنسانية أخرى جديدة بعد عفرين و عموم سوريا تّهدد مئات الآلاف من الأبرياء و مناطقهم و ممتلكاتهم بالتدمير و الهلاك .
ناهيكم عن أن ذلك يخالف وينتهك بشكلٍ فاضح و صارخ قبل كل شيء قواعد و مواد القانون الدولي و لا سيما تلك الخاصة و المتعلقة منها منها بأسس و مبادئ و نظم العلاقات الدولية و حقوق السيادة ، كما أنه يساهم في تعقيد المشكلة السورية أكثر فأكثر بعد أن بدأت تلوح في الافق بعض بوادر الأمل و الإنفراج في الموضوع السوري .

The people and co-existent communities of Arabs, Assyrians, Syriacs, Chaldeans and particularly Kurds of Northern Syria are under persistent threats from the Turkish state invasion of their areas to the east of the Euphrates, based on false justifications such as the fight against terrorism and the maintenance of national security, as well as reviving the Sultanate and the Ottoman Empire.
This escalation and the danger of this aggression by Turkey is a continuation of the previous aggression which occupied Afrin by the support of mercenary militias carrying extremist Islamist doctrine and under the so-called (Syrian National Army), which has and still practise the most terrible violations and crimes.
Our Kurdish people, who live on their historic land inside Syria, numbering more than three million people, have never been a threat to Turkish national security, but have always been keen to establish good neighbourly relations with their geographical environment, despite their constant and repeated suffering from them. And to defend themselves and on behalf of the free world, the great sacrifices and the blood of thousands of martyrs in the battles against the forces of evil and terrorism in the world, those forces that have received and are still receiving and receiving military and other forms of support from Turkey itself
Ladies and Gentlemen:
That the Syrian people have suffered many of the effects and the scourge of the civil war that has hit our country Syria for almost eight years and can no longer bear the consequences of conflict agendas and international and regional interests at home, and that it has the stability and security within the state and in light of a constitution that preserves and guarantees the rights of all.
Therefore, we in the civil and human rights organizations that signed this appeal put you in front of all your duties and responsibilities in working to stop and suppress these threats and this barbaric Turkish aggression against the people and communities to the east of the Euphrates and warn the international community that we are on the threshold of another humanitarian disaster after Afrin and all of Syria Threatening hundreds of thousands of innocent people and their areas and property with destruction.
This is contrary to the flagrant violation of the rules and articles of international law, particularly those relating to the principles and systems of international relations and the rights of sovereignty. It also contributes to the complexity of the Syrian problem after it began. There are some signs of hope and relaxation on the Syrian issue.
