بيان حول عودة مهجري سري كانيه إلى مناطقهم الأصلية.
ترحب منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا - (ماف) بعودة 514 عائلة من مهجري سري كانيه/رأس العين من مخيم واشو كاني إلى مناطقهم الأصلية، متمنيةً أن تكون هذه العودة خطوة نحو إنهاء معاناة المهجرين والنازحين السوريين.
وتؤكد المنظمة ضرورة أن تتم عودة جميع المهجرين والنازحين بشكل آمن وطوعي، مع تأمين كامل حقوقهم وتعويضاتهم، وتوفير المستلزمات الأساسية والخدمات الضرورية التي تضمن لهم حياة كريمة ومستقرة في مناطقهم الأصلية.
كما تتمنى منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – ماف عودة جميع النازحين والمهجرين في سوريا إلى مناطقهم وبيوتهم سالمين، وأن تتوفر لهم الظروف الآمنة والضمانات اللازمة لبدء حياة مستقرة وكريمة.

Rêxistin tekez dike ku pêwîstiya misogerkirina vegera ewle û dilxwaz a hemî koçber û penaberan, garantîkirina mafên wan ên tevahî û tezmînatê, û dabînkirina pêdiviyên bingehîn û xizmetên ku jiyanek bi rûmet û aram li herêmên wan misoger dikin, bi ewlehî ye.

Statement regarding the return of displaced persons from Sere Kaniye to their areas of origin.
The Human Rights Organization in Syria - (MAF) welcomes the return of 514 families—displaced from Sere Kaniye (Ras al-Ain) and residing in the Washokani camp—to their areas of origin. The organization hopes this return marks a step toward ending the suffering of displaced Syrians.
The organization emphasizes the necessity for the return of all displaced persons to be safe and voluntary, ensuring the full protection of their rights and the provision of compensation, as well as the availability of essential supplies and services that guarantee a dignified and stable life in their areas of origin.
The Human Rights Organization in Syria - (MAF) also hopes for the safe return of all displaced persons in Syria to their areas and homes, and that the necessary safe conditions and guarantees are in place for them to begin a stable and dignified life.
