منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا - (ماف) تدين الاعتداء على مدنيين كرديين في ناحية معبطلي بريف عفرين
تدين منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) بأشد العبارات الاعتداء الذي تعرض له شاب كردي وابن شقيقه القاصر في قرية شيخوتكا التابعة لناحية معبطلي بريف عفرين، والذي تخلله الضرب والتقييد وسرقة المواشي والأموال والأجهزة الخليوية، في انتهاك جسيم لحقوق الإنسان ولحق المدنيين في الأمن والسلامة.
ترى المنظمة أن استمرار مثل هذه الجرائم يعكس حالة الانفلات الأمني والإفلات من العقاب، ويستوجب تحركًا جادًا من الجهات المعنية للكشف عن الجناة وتقديمهم إلى العدالة، وضمان حماية المدنيين ووضع حد للانتهاكات المتكررة بحق سكان المنطقة.
وتؤكد المنظمة أن حماية المدنيين وممتلكاتهم ومحاسبة المسؤولين عن هذه الجرائم تمثل التزامًا قانونيًا وأخلاقيًا لا يجوز التهاون فيه.

The Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) condemns the attack on Kurdish civilians in the Maabatli district of Afrin.
The Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) strongly condemns the attack on a young Kurdish man and his minor nephew in the village of Sheikhoutka, in the Maabatli district of Afrin. The attack involved beatings, restraint, and the theft of livestock, money, and mobile phones, constituting a grave violation of human rights and the right of civilians to security and safety.
The organization believes that the continuation of such crimes reflects a state of lawlessness and impunity, necessitating serious action from the relevant authorities to identify the perpetrators, bring them to justice, ensure the protection of civilians, and put an end to the repeated violations against the region's residents.
The organization emphasizes that protecting civilians and their property and holding those responsible for these crimes accountable is a legal and moral obligation that cannot be neglected.
