بيان صادر عن منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) بمناسبة الذكرى الثامنة والثلاثين لمجزرة حلبجة التي ارتُكبت بحق المدنيين الكرد في مدينة حلبجة الكوردستانية باستخدام الأسلحة الكيميائية.
تستذكر منظمة حقوق الإنسان في سوريا – (ماف) هذه الفاجعة الإنسانية التي تُعد من أبشع الجرائم ضد الإنسانية في التاريخ الحديث.
تؤكد المنظمة أن هذه الجريمة وما رافقها من انتهاكات بحق شعب كوردستان تمثل مسؤولية تاريخية وقانونية، تستوجب إنصاف الضحايا وتعويض المتضررين وضمان عدم تكرار مثل هذه الجرائم مستقبلاً.
كما تدعو المنظمة إلى رفض الخطابات الشوفينية التي تعادي حقوق شعب كوردستان، والتأكيد على احترام حقوق الشعوب وكرامتها وفق مبادئ العدالة والقانون الدولي.

Statement issued by the Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) on the 38th anniversary of the Halabja massacre, perpetrated against Kurdish civilians in the city of Halabja in Kurdistan using chemical weapons.
The Syrian Human Rights Organization - (MAF) commemorates this human tragedy, considered one of the most heinous crimes against humanity in modern history.
The organization affirms that this crime and the accompanying violations against the people of Kurdistan constitute a historical and legal responsibility, necessitating justice for the victims, compensation for those affected, and guarantees that such crimes will not be repeated in the future.
The organization also calls for the rejection of chauvinistic rhetoric that opposes the rights of the Kurdish people and emphasizes respect for the rights and dignity of all peoples in accordance with the principles of justice and international law.
